FNBO Business Credit Card Customer Service Contract

This contract (“Contract”) is entered into on this day by and between First National Bank of Omaha (“FNBO”) and the entity or individual entering into a business credit card agreement with FNBO (“Customer”).

1. Services
FNBO shall provide customer service to the Customer in relation to its business credit card account, including but not limited to account inquiries, billing disputes, payment processing, and card replacement.
2. Responsibilities of FNBO
FNBO shall ensure that its customer service representatives are adequately trained and capable of providing accurate and timely assistance to the Customer.
3. Responsibilities of Customer
Customer shall provide complete and accurate information to FNBO when seeking customer service assistance, and shall cooperate with FNBO in resolving any issues related to the business credit card account.
4. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nebraska.
